See your customers in a list and on one card
Shipped on 25 August 2026
Knowing who buys from you is the start of good service. RedCart keeps your customers in the cabinet, and each of them has a card with the details your team needs.
What you get
- A customer list in the cabinet, available since 25 August 2026.
- Since 5 September 2026, an editable customer card with birthday, an internal note and tags.
- The customer's addresses and orders on the same card.
- Notes that stay internal and are never shown to the buyer.
How it works
The customer list shows your store's customers. Open one of them and you see their card: the addresses they saved and the orders they placed, in one place.
On the card your staff can record the customer's birthday, write a note and add tags. A note is for your team only, for example "prefers a call before delivery" or "wholesale buyer, check prices". The buyer never sees it. Tags are short labels you choose yourself, so you can mark customers in a way that suits your business.
Why this matters for your store
When a customer calls or writes, your team can open one card and see their orders and addresses, along with what colleagues noted before. Nobody has to keep this in a separate spreadsheet.
The customer card also ties into other parts of RedCart. For example, the birthday field is what the birthday discount rule uses, and a buyer's orders show up on their card. Because a birthday and a purchase history are personal data, make sure your store's privacy policy describes how you use them.
What we verified
We checked the customer list endpoint and screen from 25 August, the change on 5 September that added birthday, notes and tags to the editable card, and that the note stays inside the cabinet.
