An FAQ page with categories

Shipped on 5 September 2026

Most stores answer the same questions again and again: how long delivery takes, how to choose a size, how to return an item. An FAQ page lets you answer them once, where buyers can find them.

What you get

  • An FAQ page on your storefront at /faq.
  • Questions grouped into categories.
  • An accordion layout: buyers open the question they need.
  • Categories seeded to start with, and editable.

How it works

In the cabinet you add questions and answers and put each question into a category. A starting set of categories is already there, so you can begin filling in answers right away. You can rename those categories or add your own to match how your store works.

On the storefront, /faq shows the categories with their questions. Each question opens like an accordion: the buyer taps it to see the answer and taps again to close it. That keeps a long list of questions easy to scan.

Why this matters for your store

A good FAQ saves time on both sides. Buyers get an answer immediately, at any hour, without waiting for a reply. Your team answers fewer repeated messages and can spend the time on questions that really need a person.

Categories matter once the list grows. A buyer looking for delivery details does not have to read through sizing questions to find them.

The FAQ works well next to your store pages, such as delivery and returns, which hold the full details while the FAQ gives the short answers.

What we verified

We checked the FAQ migration and its seeded categories, the FAQ endpoints, the cabinet screens for questions and categories, and the accordion template on the storefront.
