A dashboard that counts what needs attention

Shipped on 25 August 2026

When you open your store's cabinet in the morning, you want to know what needs doing. The RedCart dashboard shows a short set of counts that answer that question.

What you get

  • The number of products, and how many of them are published.
  • Total orders and orders this month.
  • Orders awaiting fulfilment, meaning orders with the status paid or packed.
  • The number of customers.
  • This month's revenue in your default currency.
  • Live counts in the sidebar menu, which hide when there is nothing to show.

How it works

The dashboard reads its numbers directly from your store's data each time you open it. The figures are counts, kept deliberately simple so they are easy to read at a glance.

The most useful one for daily work is orders awaiting fulfilment. It counts orders that are paid or packed but not yet shipped, so you see how many parcels still need to go out.

The sidebar shows small badges with live counts next to products and orders. When a count is zero, the badge disappears, so it only draws your eye when there is something to look at.

Why this matters for your store

You do not need to open several lists to know how the day looks. The comparison between published and total products also shows at once whether drafts are waiting to go live.

What we verified

We checked the dashboard endpoint and the list of figures it returns, the dashboard screen, and the change that bound the sidebar badges to live counts and hid them at zero.

If you want to try the cabinet on your own store and tell us which numbers you look at first each day, request early access. We are working with the first merchants now.
