Analytics pixels set up with just an ID

Shipped on 5 September 2026

Most stores want to know where their visitors come from. Usually that means pasting a block of tracking code into the site and hoping it is right. In RedCart you enter an ID and the storefront does the rest.

What you get

  • Fields for a Google Analytics 4 ID (the one that starts with G-), a Yandex Metrica ID and a Meta pixel ID.
  • The storefront injects the official snippet for each ID you enter.
  • Pasted HTML or scripts are rejected, by design.

How it works

In the cabinet you fill in only the IDs you use. The cabinet checks that each value looks like an ID of that service. The storefront then adds the official snippet for that service to your pages, with your ID in it.

If someone pastes a whole script or a piece of HTML instead of an ID, the cabinet does not accept it. That is deliberate: the storefront only ever adds the known, official snippets, never arbitrary code.

Why this matters for your store

Copying tracking code by hand is a common source of broken pages and missing data. Entering an ID removes that risk: there is nothing to paste in the wrong place and no stray tag to break the layout.

Refusing raw scripts also protects your buyers. A store that accepts any pasted code can end up running something nobody meant to add. Limiting the field to IDs keeps the storefront under control, even when several people have access to the cabinet.

What we verified

We checked the migration that stores the pixel IDs, the ID validation in the shop API, the storefront code that injects the official snippets, and the pixels screen in the cabinet.

If you want analytics on your storefront from day one, open the early access page and tell us about your store.
